SHNU: On September 18th, the 2015 Commencement of Overseas Students was held at the conference center of SHNU. It was attended by SHNU Vice President Liu Xiaomin, and directors from ICCS (International College of Chinese Studies) and College of Humanities and Communication.
Liu extended warm welcome to overseas students from across the world before he briefed on the basics of SHNU and his hopes for these new students to promote their understanding of Chinese culture and become the ambassadors of friendship between China and their home country.
According to statistics, more than 700 foreign students were enrolled in SHNU ICCS< College of Humanities and Communication, College of Tourism, and College of Music. They come from as many as 58 countries, such as ROK, France, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thai, and Japan, etc.
