Sponsored by SHNU, UIBE(University of International Business and Economics), and Japan Fukuyama University, the online summer camp programs drew to a successful end on September 14th.
Apart from Chinese language learning, the camp activities also included various academic lectures from scholars and professors. A social, economic and cultural seminar on Pipa (a Chinese traditional musical string instrument) and a workshop on SDGS (sustainable development goals) were held. Also, 5 students from SHNU Japanese majors and another 5 ones from Japan shared their understandings of different traditions and cultures of both countries.
Over 40 university students from SHNU, UIBE, Fukuyama University, Heisei University, Fukuyama City University, Sugiyama Jogakuen University and Tsuru University attended the summer camp which lasted five days.
The camp members were conferred online certificates for completing their learning missions.
The summer camp served as a new platform of communications and exchanges in establishing a solid foundation for bilateral relations development.
