The 5th National Chemistry Engineering Experiment Contest (East China Region) was held at Zhejiang Industrial University on July 8th. It attracted 119 teams from 50 universities to compete in forms of both online and on the scene. A large-scale internet exams database and virtual reality software modeling chemical and digital distant operation compose the entire process of theories, modeling and practices. Three students from SHNU College of Materials Science won the first prize and another SHNU team won the second prize.
The 16th National Chemical Engineering Design Contest Final and 2022 Chemical Design Contest for University Students in East China Region were held on August 5th. It attracted candidates from 61 universities in Shanghai, Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province to rival in file designs, engineering cartography, and modern designing methods. It also aims at cultivating students’ innovation, engineering skills and collaboration.
