In March, our school successfully held a series of spring job fairs for the 2025 graduates at the Xuhui campus. These job fairs attracted 505 employers and over 5,000 students to participate, and provided 2,600 job positions with a recruitment demand of 9,342 person-times. Lin Zaiyong, Party Secretary of the university, and Yuan Wen, President of the university, came to the site to guide the work and had cordial exchanges with representatives of employers and graduates.
The special session for teaching staff is divided into 16 areas and attracted the participation of schools from Shanghai and other provinces such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shandong. The special session for enterprises is divided into five areas, namely, electronic communication/Internet, logistics/commerce/transportation, finance, cultural media, and service industry, which helps to achieve the precise matching between talents and positions.
Since the start of the spring campus recruitment for the graduates of 2025, two comprehensive job fairs, one specialized job fair, more than 20 campus specific presentations and promotion events have been held at SHNU, which has been as always expanding resources, providing excellent guidance and strong assistance to serve the needs of efficient employment opportunities for students.
