Sponsored by SHNU Students’Career Development and Guidance Center and Employment Promotion Center of Xuhui District, the first Career Carnival Experience Activity was held at both campuses of SHNU: Xuhui campus and Fengxian campus on November 17thand 18th.
Oriented mainly towards over 8, 000 undergraudates and the first-year postgraduates, the program took forms of park visiting entertainments with various games, digital experience and in-depth explorations, etc. It aims at awakening university students’awareness of career plans and seeking a pillar of strength to pursue their dreams. The experience included 10 items to explore their own interests, capacities and characters to perceive the career world, stipulate their objectives and boost their confidence in starting a future career.
