Sponsored by Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, Kashgar Public Administration, Kashgar Education Bureau, and Shanghai Partner Assistance Program to Xinjiang, the 4thShanghai Education Assistance Group and SHNU Experts Direction Conference were successfully held at Kashgar Middle School Attached to SHNU.
The expert team is composed of 11 members, including 6 professors, 1 premium middle school headmasters, and 1 National Putonghua Tester. According to the plan, the Xinjiang visit would involve 11 lectures, 2 model education classes, 11 class evaluation and assessment, and over a hundred interview of teachers and students. The program would benefit over 1, 000 teachers and students across Kashgar.
Sponsored by SHNU President’s Office, the Award Conferring Ceremony of Yulan Scholarship was held and scholarship was awarded to encourage more academically outstanding students of poor financial conditions. The first batch of 50 awarded students would receive a total fund of RMB 180, 000 Yuan paid in three consecutive years.
