As the 10th China Flower Expo starts at Congming District of Northern Shanghai, about 130 SHNU students made their way for this riverside island Congming to serve as volunteers from May 21st to June 19th. They succeeded in fulfilling the mission with their upbeat morale and professional expertise.
The volunteers recruit was initiated this February and 130 Little Egret Volunteers were shortlisted through registration, interviews and official approvals. These group of SHNU students’ volunteers would work at five venues of the expo to guide the visitors, offer office administrative service, tour around for safety check and other assistant work, etc.
The flower expo volunteers from SHNU saluted to the forthcoming centennial of CPC (Chinese Communist Party) in their own unique ways.
