Sponsored by Shanghai Institute of Public Affairs Management, and National MPA Education Steering Committee, the 9th Shanghai MPA Forum Public Management Reforms and Innovation was held at SHNU Conference Center on December 24th.
It was attended by about 160 scholars, manage workers and MPA learners from 16 universities in Shanghai and other member institutes, such as Wuhan University, Xiamen University, Nanjing University, Lanzhou University, Zhejiang University, and Yunnan University, etc.
Theme speeches were delivered on MPA education in digital age, national management modernization in the backdrop of public management, as well as revenue issues in processing state-owned natural resources, etc. Besides, three forums were held in the afternoon, with such themes as MPA education development and challenges in the new age, information sharing on Shanghai MPA education features and seminars on outstanding academic papers and conference papers.
At the closing ceremony, the list of excellent graduation papers has been announced, including nine first prizes, nine second prizes, 27 third prizes and nine outstanding prizes; also, excellent conference papers have been honored: seven first prizes, 15 second prizes and 21 third prizes.
The forum ended at SHNU School of Philosophy, Law and Political Sciences.
