Recently, the the list of those funded by 2023 Shanghai Super Postdoctoral Plans Encouragement Programs was launched, and all 7 SHNU postdoctoral candidates won this support.
Since 2018, the Shanghai Super Postdoctoral Plans Encouragement Programs has always been the pursuit of those from universities in Shanghai and scientific and research institutes. With overseas introduction of talents, personal applications and expert assessment, 5 postdoctoral research stations from world history, Chinese history, pedagogy, psychology, environmental science and engineering have been prioritized for applications.
In future, SHNU postdoctoral programs would further expand the scale of employment while strengthening the disciplinary construction of talents pool so as to serve the effective strategies of teachers’ cultivation plans.
