The 2nd Shanghai Life Science Contest for University Students and 4th National Life Science Contest Shanghai Region were successfully held at Shanghai Jiaotong University on November 15th. The contests included both video reports and online Q&A and SHNU candidates won 1 second prize and 4 third prizes.
Overall, 36 teams rivalled for the final after surviving from 156 competing programs. The contestants were judged by a panel of 15 experts and scholars from 10 universities of Shanghai.
The contests aimed at cultivating a sense of innovation and practical know-how among students.
