Superconvergence of Discontinuous Galerkin Solutions for Vanishing Delay Differential Equations

In this talk, we consider the discontinuous Galerkin method to solve vanishing delay differential equations under quasi-graded mesh. Global convergence and local superconvergence results are obtained. Based on local superconvergence results, several postprocessing techniques to accelerate the global convergence are proposed. The theoretical expectations are confirmed by numerical experiments.
