On September 27th, the Special Job Fair on Fall Season was held on Xuhui Campus of SHNU and attended by SHNU Party Secretary Lin Zaiyong, and Vice Director of Shanghai Students’ Fairs Center Zhou Hongxing for more information about employers’ needs and graduates’ career pursuits.
The job fair attracted about 170 enterprises by covering seven areas, including schools or colleges, private education training companies, internet, finance, science and innovation at Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park, companies at Huangpu District and comprehensive area. Providing 1,156 job positions and demands, 5,100 vacancies, and involving more than 2, 400 students for about 4, 000 interviews, the job fair is crowded with students applicants who have reached over 1, 000 potential chances of agreement.
Besides, 6 consultation centers were established: human resources and social security service, consultation management service, career preparation, studying overseas questions, and master’s or doctor’s program application.
As one of the job promotion features of SHNU, the job fair aims at planning early and focusing on job possibilities, as well as achieving sufficient and high-quality employment.
