On September 8th, the 2023 SHNU Celebration on Teachers‘Day was held to award those pioneering teachers with quality education modes and good morals. It was attended by SHNU presidents, award-winners and representatives from different SHNU departments and colleges.
SHNU President Yuan Wen announced the list of SHNU Excellence Prize from 2022 to 2023 and those staff members with thirty years of education experience. During the past year, these SHNU staff have made concerted efforts to scientific research and social service while making new breakthroughs.
At the ceremony, some awarded professors and teachers were interviewed, including Professor Zhu Hengfu, winner of Shanghai Pioneer Teachers with Four Merits, and Professor Zhu Jian, winner of the third prize of Shanghai Scientific Progress.
After that, students from SHNU College of Music sang in chorus a few songs to express their gratitude and respect to the love and dedication from their teachers.
