The 6th National University Contest on Intelligent Robotic Innovations (NUCIRI) has been held at Yuyao City in China’s eastern Zhejiang Province from August 23rd to 25th . It involved about 24,168 candidates from 5,325 teams of 501 universities in 29 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities. All three SHNU teams were awarded, and one of the teams entered the national final and won the third prize.
Sponsored by Organizing Committee of National University Contest on Intelligent Robotic Innovations, the NUCIRI is listed as a competition program in the ranking list of national university disciplines. It aims at establishing a promotion platform for exchanges in relevant fields and fusing the four chains of education, talents, innovation and production. Also, the contest falls into three themes of innovation, skills and wrestling, and 3 special games of Tetris Robots, quadruped robots and VEX U robots.
The SHNU teams won 1 second prize and 2 third prizes at Tetris Robots games.
