Sponsored by CCF (China Computer Federation), the 7th FCES2023 (Future Computer Education Summit) was held in Heifei city of Anhui Province on August 5th . The branch forum was also held at SHNU, involving over 30 vice presidents, deans, and vice deans from information colleges of over 20 universities.
Huanghua, the co-chairman of FCES 2023, spoke at the branch forum and confirmed the effects of SHNU in sponsoring the first computer education branch forum on education majors.
Reports from participants centered around computer science education, new curricular construction, as well as social practices of artificial intelligence. At the theme discussion part, they discussed about curricular systems of computer talents of education universities, means to break the bottleneck of production and education development, and potentials and challenges of STEM education on universities.
