The SHNU President Yuan Wen received Slexey Vasilyev, President of St. Petersburg Conservatory ( Rimsky Korsakov Conservatory ) and Regina Glazunov, Director of SHNU Division of International Affairs. Both sides signed a cooperative agreement. It was also witnessed by SHNU Vice President Jiang Mingjun, and representatives from SHNU Division of International Affairs and SHNU College of Music.
Yuan welcomed the visitors from afar and briefed on the latest development of SHNU education and academic disciplines construction, particularly the strengths of SHNU music education. She hoped that more long-term cooperation would be expected.
More discussions were held in terms of teachers and students exchange and scientific cooperation. Also, Specially-Employed Professors Certificates were conferred to Vasilyev and Glazunov.
