On May 20th, sponsored by the Shanghai Xuhui District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Shanghai Xuhui District Employment Promotion Center, Shanghai Xuhui District Talent Work Bureau, and Shanghai Fengxian District Talent Work Bureau, the Job fair for 2026 Graduates of SHNU was successfully held at the Western Sports Hall of the Xuhui campus. The fair was conducted in two sessions, attracting 234 employers and over 3,000 students, with a total of more than 3,000 job opportunities. The SHNU Vice Party Committee Secretary and Vice President Zhao Yang and a representative from the Shanghai Xuhui District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau also attended the event.
A comprehensive service zone was set up at the job fair, integrating diverse services such as talent policy consultations, employment guidance, civil service exam advice, military recruitment counseling, and study abroad consultations. On-site Q&A sessions were conducted by both internal and external career mentors and industry experts. Additionally, AI kiosks and resume printers were introduced to offer convenient services like smart resume diagnostics, mock interviews, job matching analysis, and free resume printing.
Our university consistently focuses on the development needs of students and continuously improves its employment service system.
Since the start of the spring semester, 24 offline job fairs at both university and college levels have been organized, along with over 30 specialized on-campus recruitment sessions, increasing students’ chances of high-quality employment.
