From July 19th to 20th, National Guiding Conference of Stipulations on University Physical Education was held in SHNU, with participants of leaders and experts from PE Department of China’s Ministry of Education, South China Normal University, Fujian Normal University, Guangzhou College of Physical Education, Tianjin College of Physical Education, Capital China College of Physical Education, Hubei College of Physical Education and PE branch of Higher Education Press, etc. SHNU College of Physical Education acted as the host.
SHNU Vice President Xiang Jiaxiang extended gracious welcome to all present at the opening ceremony and detailed on specific means to facilitate the undergraduate education quality by way of enhancing the practice of professional regulations; also, he hoped that experts attending the meeting would make more suggestions on standardization and construction of social PE majors in SHNU.
