Topping the 10 Planned SHNU Events in 2007, the pan-campus physical exercise series activities were highly praised throughout the university. This year, 26 teachers of physical education are supposed to serve as tutors for all the staff of our university who have registered themselves for fit keeping exercises. Also, various sport games will be held for better facilitating this program.
Currently, considering that quite a few teachers suffer from tortures of cervical vertebra due to long hours of sedentary work, a special team made up of all the fitness tutors and more than 30 student teaching assistants initiated the cervical exercise promotion in order that the staff could be blessed with better health and more vigor.
