SHNU: On September 7th, SHNU College of Finance held a new-term beginning ceremony for the 71 students from France, Italy and Belgium who shall start a one-year or one-term study program in SHNU. Vice SHNU president Lu Jianfei delivered a welcome speech at the ceremony, which was also attended by Philippe ACHILLEAS, Vice Dean from Université Paris-Sud 11. The students seemed to harbor earnest expectations for the imminent overseas learning at the juncture of China’s 60th founding anniversary, SHNU’s 55th founding anniversary, and the World Expo of 2010 in Shanghai.
