SHNU: On April 13, the Sino-Germany High-end Round Table on Higher Vocational Education was held in SHNU. Prior to the meeting, SHNU President Li Jin and Vice President Lu Jianfei met the Delegation from Germany. Li delivered a keynote speech entitled The Reform and Development of Chinese Higher Vocational Education. Two representatives of the delegation also offered their information and valuable experience on the development of vocational universities and colleges of Germany as well as the issue of teacher development. Being part of the serial activities to celebrate the 55th Anniversary of SHNU, the Round Table aims at advancing the teacher education of the university and promoting the construction and development of the disciplinrd related to Pedagogy. The memorandum on Sino-Germany Education Research and Cooperation to be signed is a breakthrough in the disciplinary construction of comparative education of SHNU. (Edited by Jessica)
