On October 31st, the Conferring Ceremony of SHNU Cijiao Scholarship was held on east Xuhui Campus, attended by the donator Master Monk from Miaoguo Temple in Wenzhou City of Zhejiang Province, leaders from SHNU Department of Postgraduates and SHNU Law and Politics College , and teachers and students of religion major.
Founded in September this year, the Cijiao Foundation offers RMB100, 000 to subsidize the financially-challenged students. 15 students were shortlisted as among the scholarship winners. (Trans. By Rebecca) |
