The 2nd China National Import Expo was held at National Conference Hall in Shanghai during the period of November 5th and 10th. Themed Share the Future at a New Age, the expo attracted participants from over 170 countries, regions and international organizations. To facilitate its success, 177 SHNU students were selected and organized to serve as volunteers. They received a visit of care from SHNU Party Secretary Lin Zaiyong, SHNU President Zhu Ziqiang, and SHNU Vice Party Secretary and Vice President Ge Weihua.
These volunteers would be scattered to work for groups of expo introduction, expo stands and logistics. A few of them majoring in minority languages serve the voluntary work in all aspects.
