SHNU: The Chinese Language Summer Courses of SHNU attracted about 300 overseas students to attend 15 classes which focus on language learning and Chinese culture experience.
Various preparations were made for these trainees from the US, Japan, South Korea, etc. The courses include Taiji (shadow boxing), calligraphy, handcrafts, and Chinese songs, etc. They were also arranged to join interactive activities, cultural exchanges and social activities to access the glamour of Chinese language and culture.
Every summer since 2004, the ICCS (International College of Chinese Studies) has attracted overseas students to study in SHNU and become an important platform of foreign exchanges.
