SHNU: Over two decades of hard work, Professor Zhaoguo Li, Dean of SHNU College of Foreign Studies, completed the translation of the Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine and Classic on Medical Problems (Nan Jing), both of which would be published by Shanghai SDX Joint Publishing Company. This is the first complete English version of its kind in China. The translated works offers more possibilities for promoting traditional Chinese culture worldwide.
After Professor Li graduated from university in 1984, he devoted his life to the research and translation of traditional Chinese classics. His works are even included in the Big China Literary Collections. He also finished founding the rules and standards of translating Chinese medicine terminologies.
