SHNU:On May 20th, a group of 6 scholars led by Professor Edgar Samaniego Rojas, president of Ecuador Central University (website: www.ucentral.edu.ec), visited SHNU and was received by Li Jin, SHNU President, and Lu Jianfei, Vice SHNU President. Both parties compared notes concerning educational systems and university management, etc. A consensus was made as regards exchange students for language learning and culture experiencing. An exchange framework agreement would be tabled to be signed.
