SHNU: On March 4, an interscholastic agreement concerning the “2+3” exchange programs was made between SHNU and Glasunov College of Music. Professor V. A. Solovyev, dean of college and SHNU President Li Jin, signed their names on the agreement on behalf of their own university. The news was filmed by a Russian TV station and broadcasted the same evening in Russia. |
