SHNU: The first speech of SHNU Xuesihu Overseas Forum was initiated on January 6th.
Steven Weathers (Chinese name史龙天) lectured on preparation to win entry into the media professions. Also as a foreign teacher of SHNU, Steven started his speech by briefing on his childhood memories and work experiences, particularly his efforts made to slash a way into the media and film industry from an ordinary teacher of English and American literature. He had produced media programs, hosted in ICS (an English channel in Shanghai), and starred in a few popular dramas. Steven summed up preparations for media career from 3 perspectives, namely, having the best students’ work, establishing interpersonal relations network from today, and improving English proficiency.
