SHNU: The year 2009 witnessed the 60th anniversary of the founding of PRC and the 55th
birthday of SHNU, and the SHNU branch of Shanghai Overseas Returned Scholars Association
(SORSA) gathered on December 23 to celebrate the two events and welcome new members of the
association in SHNU.
SHNU Vice President Lu Jianfei briefed the work of the association of 2009 and put forward requirements for the work in 2010.
Representatives of the senior members of the association made three speeches with such titles as “To Be a Passionate Cultural Disseminator”, “Overseas Experience and Friendly
Communication between Chinese and Japanese People” and “Unforgettable Trip to Africa”.
