SHNU: On December 16th, Dr. Wallat, Consul of German Consulate in Shanghai arrived at the SHNU Xuesihu Lake Overseas Scholar Forum and talked about scientific and economic changes in Germany. Wallat was received by Gao Jianhua, SHNU Vice President, and briefed on the sino-German cooperation in terms of undergraduates education, teacher training and pedagogic disciplines.
