SHNU: The first Training Camp of Teachers’ Education Leadership for SHNU Shicheng students (teaching majors enjoying national scholarship and tuition rebate) started on Fengxian campus of SHNU on July 3rd. It was attended by SHNU Vice President Qinfei Ke and directors from other SHNU departments.
Ke delivered a theme report and encouraged students to develop their leadership by hopes, knowledge, reflections and moral merits. She shared the LEAD model, namely, learning, execution, appreciation, development, and GRIT, namely, guns, resilience, initiative, tenacity and SMART, specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-based.
At the ceremony, the trainees were introduced about the plan and requirements of the camp program. It lasts about one week.
