SHNU: Sponsored by Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and Shanghai Science and Technology Association, the 7th Shanghai Library Cup Advanced Mapping Technology Contest was held at Donghua University on May 28th. It involves over 900 candidates from 20 universities and enterprises in the games. Two SHNU students won the first prize of 3D modeling as individuals, and 6 students were awarded second prize of 3D modeling as a group; 8 SHNU student won the second prize of 2D image mapping as individuals.
With the strategy of Developing Outstanding Engineering by China Ministry of Education, the contest aims at developing proficiency and skills of university students and promoting their advanced computer mapping technology.
