The 2019 Annual Conference of Geography Majors Education Committee of Ministry of Education and the Conference of China’s College Deans of Geography were held at SHNU from May 24th to May 26th. It was attended directors from Beijing University, China’s Academy of Sciences, China Geography Association, Capital Normal University, Harbin Normal University and about 280 representatives from across China.
A Forum for Deans of Chinese Colleges of Geography was held. It centered around the construction of geographic disciplines, the assessment and development of geographic majors and relevant talents.
