As the song Ode to Red Flags rings that signifies the founding of new China, the SHNU Arts Week has its official opening ceremony at SHNU Xiafei Theatre on April 14th. The composers of the two Chinese classic songs also were on the scene.
The Art Week of SHNU would stage a series of artistic performances, including folk and western musical instruments, dances, chorus singing and orchestra. The opening ceremony show included traditional Chinese song Liang Shanbo and Zhu YIngtai with a violin concerto.
The Yellow River, a piano concerto was shown with a chorus song which won applaud and cheers from the audiences for as long as almost ten minutes.
