Recently, the 12th Blue Bridge Cup China National Final of Software and Information Technology was held and the winners’ list was announced. Lin Shiyi, a sophomore majoring in SHNU Computer Science Education won the first prize of Group B at the competition, which marked the best record that SHNU candidates have won at games of its kind in recent years.
It took almost two months before the national final arrived with a breakthrough in the number of candidates and awards. About 50 SHNU students competed at the Shanghai game, and 3 first prize winners, 8 second prize winners and 16 third prize winners were awarded.
This year marks the 12th time that such an IT game was held an attracted over 400,000 students from 1, 500 universities.
