Themed Xu Anhua Hong Kong Film History and sponsored by SHNU Guangqi International Scholars’ Center and SHNU College of Humanities and Communication, the Movie Week was held at SHNU on October 13th and 14th. It was attended by renowned Hong Kong film director Xu Anhua, Chairman of Shanghai Writers’ Association Wang Anyi, and professors from Beijing University, Shanghai Drama College, among 400 other participants.
The Movie Week aims at promoting SHNU cultural qualities. At the ceremony, discussions were held concerning the characteristics and rules of film creation, film scripts editing and film production systems, etc. Also, audiences’ questions were answered, followed by show of Xu’s representative works Golden Age.
