On March 17th, the 15th Chinese Cooperation and Innovation Conference among Industries, Universities and Academic Research was held at the Beijing Conference Center. Our school led and collaborated with four enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta to complete and apply for the Industrial Application of Photo-catalytic Cleaning and Air Purification Technology project, which won the first prize of such project. Our university's photo-catalytic technology research team has accumulated more than 20 years of research achievements, focusing not only on the publication of high-level papers but also on the industrial application of technology. It aims to adopt photo-catalytic technology in self-cleaning and air purification through cooperation with enterprises. Until now, relevant technologies have been applied in the Memorial Hall of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China in Shanghai, Chongming Ecological Avenue in Shanghai, the main venue of the Hangzhou Asian Games, and the Hangzhou Municipal Government Building, etc.
Through rounds of expert evaluation, publicity, and approval, the SHNU applicants won one of the highest honors for collaborative innovation established for the industry, academia, and research community in the domains of industry, academia, and research. The purpose is to commend the exemplary organization and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the cooperative innovation work of industry, university and research, encourage the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements into real productivity, and promote the cooperation of industry, university and research to a higher level.
