The Key Program of Drama History League Secretariat was founded at SHNU to promote the cultural development strategies of the new information age, and strengthen the development of various cultural departments. The founding ceremony was attended by Director of China Arts and Scientific Research Institute, Director of Department of Science and Technology Education of Ministry of Culture and Tourism, SHNU Party Secretary and SHNU President.
