On September 17th, SHNU signs a cooperative agreement with XIncheng Corporation with its CEO and other executives. It was also attended by SHNU Vice President Zhang Zhengrong and representatives from other departments.
A donation agreement was also signed at the ceremony: XinCheng Corporation would donate RMB 2 million Yuan to establish a special foundation to fund the education development of SHNU, SHNU outstanding students, as well as teachers devoted to SHNU development,
